1:1 Training
One-on-one basketball training is a focused and personalized coaching session between a player and a coach. The coach or trainer will assess the player's current skill level and identify areas that require improvement. The player will engage in various drills and exercises that target specific aspects of the game. Group training offers a discounted training rate and is available for groups of 2 or more individuals. Basketball group training involves a structured coaching session with multiple players working together under the guidance of a coach or trainer. It is designed to improve overall basketball skills, foster teamwork, enhance game awareness, and provide a competitive training environment. Group training often involves drills that simulate game situations. These drills aim to enhance decision-making skills, develop basketball IQ, and improve overall game performance. Group Training sessions often incorporate competitive exercises to foster a competitive mindset and replicate game-like intensity. This can include shooting competitions, one-on-one or two-on-two matchups, team challenges. Training takes place in the Coquitlam and Richmond area.
